Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist

You will lead testing and quality assurance for large-scale enterprise applications across web, mobile, cloud, and on-premise environments. You own the full test lifecycle, from planning and execution to automation and defect management, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and automation for complex enterprise systems.
• Coordinate test activities with project managers, developers, architects, DBAs, and system administrators.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Implement and manage manual and automated testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Manage defect logs, discrepancies, and QA reports using designated tracking tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of testing experience across large-scale enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in automation tools: UFT, Selenium, Cucumber, and Serenity.
• Experience with performance testing tools: JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of defect and test management tools: OpenText ALM, OpenText Octane, JIRA, and X-Ray.
• Ability to execute full test cycles including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional testing efforts in hybrid environments.

Preferred Skills

• Software Quality Engineering certification.
• Experience with cloud-native QA practices in Azure or AWS environments.
• Familiarity with API testing frameworks such as Postman or ReadyAPI.
