Description

Lead the BI Platform team and own the strategic roadmap for business intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the strategic roadmap for BI platforms and systems.
• Assess the current BI landscape to identify improvements or new tools within the existing stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align BI strategy with organizational data requirements.
• Establish and enforce technical standards and data management policies for integrity and security.
• Monitor BI system performance, manage troubleshooting, and handle necessary upgrades.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with Tableau, IBI WebFOCUS, and ThoughtSpot.
• Experience managing BI tool integration with Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of business data modeling and metadata structure.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Big Data technologies.
