Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into functional Tableau reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze user requirements and operational procedures to identify automation or system improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses and studies of alternative technical solutions.
  • Test dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and proper functionality before publishing.
  • Write detailed documentation regarding user needs, program functions, and development steps.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in report creation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with Cognos, Business Objects, or QlikView.
  • Ability to analyze complex input and output requirements, including data summarization and reporting formats.
  • Experience reviewing system capabilities and scheduling limitations to determine project feasibility.
  • Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data visualization best practices.
