You design and build advanced analytical dashboards in Tableau, translating stakeholder requirements into robust BI solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical dashboards in Tableau based on stakeholder specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and internal/external stakeholders to assess, document, and deliver dashboard needs.
• Translate business requirements into advanced database and BI component designs across SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.
• Perform code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and provide clear status updates.
• Prepare detailed documentation, cross-train staff, and present dashboards to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Advanced SQL experience.
• 5+ years of BI report development in Tableau, including Tableau Prep.
• 5+ years of business, system, and data analysis with a focus on improvement.
• 5+ years of experience with data integration, data quality, and ETL tools and methodologies.
• 3+ years working with BI visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or SSRS.
• 3+ years of experience with complex application security requirements.
• 3+ years across Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL.
• 3+ years of Agile experience in both Kanban and Scrum.
• 2+ years of Python.
• 2+ years of TFS, Bitbucket, or Git.
