Description

You will develop and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions for a healthcare organization using Tableau and Amazon AuroraDB.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and drive business strategy.
• Optimize Tableau workbooks and Amazon AuroraDB SQL queries for performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and data engineering teams on system improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Proven experience with Amazon AuroraDB, including schema design and complex query development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
• Deep understanding of Tableau administration and advanced dashboard features.
• Experience working with large datasets, preferably in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data governance.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience.
