Description

You will own the development and maintenance of complex regulatory and risk reporting dashboards using Tableau, supporting global entities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain critical Tableau dashboards for FRTB, BACVA, SACCR, and Credit Risk data.
• Lead regulatory reporting initiatives for international entities, ensuring compliance with risk management standards.
• Author requirements documentation and collaborate with risk SMEs and stakeholders to define solution scope.
• Implement data quality controls, governance frameworks, and process improvements to increase reporting automation.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for applications development, providing guidance to team members and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in applications development or systems analysis.
• Extensive expertise in Tableau and other BI tools (Cognos, MicroStrategy).
• Strong background in data analysis and working with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase).
• Proven experience managing and implementing successful technology projects.
• Ability to author clear technical and business requirements documentation.
• Deep understanding of regulatory financial frameworks and risk reporting data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI tools into development and reporting activities.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
