8+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and Business Intelligence

. Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, dashboards, reports, and data visualization.

Excellent SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, and query optimization.

Strong experience with Tableau calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, sets, actions, filters, and advanced visualizations.

Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and large datasets. Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar databases.

Strong knowledge of Tableau performance tuning and dashboard optimization.

Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience with Tableau Server administration, publishing, permissions, scheduling, and user access.

Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in the Insurance/Healthcare or Telecommunications domain is preferred.

Knowledge of Python, Tableau Prep, Tableau REST API, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
