Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise analytics reporting and dashboards using Tableau.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards aligned with client expectations and business requirements.
• Conduct requirements analysis, intake, and gather specifications for data visualization solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and lead SCRUM meetings to ensure timely delivery and production support.
• Perform data validation, performance tuning, and integration with semantic layers.
• Generate self-service reports and ensure robust analytics delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in Tableau development or lead roles.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server Cloud.
• Experience integrating Tableau with Databricks and semantic layers.
• Strong SQL and data preparation skills.
• Ability to operate as a lead resource with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in enterprise analytics environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with self-service report generation.
• Background in production support and performance tuning.
