You will design and implement business intelligence solutions for retail banking, driving data-driven decisions through robust dashboards and big data models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and recommend BI solutions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, AbInitio, or QlikView.
• Build big data models to improve data processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate BI solutions into existing systems to enhance data accessibility.
• Provide data lineage, copybook layouts, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in the retail banking domain.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, AbInitio, or QlikView.
• Strong experience in big data modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced data manipulation skills using SQL and Excel.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BTech, MTech, or MCA.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow modelling.
