Description

You will develop advanced Tableau dashboards and mapping solutions to visualize healthcare and human services data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced Tableau dashboards and mapping solutions for program performance measurement.
• Design and maintain metadata frameworks, views, and data marts within Tableau.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries, BTEQ, and stored procedures for data extraction.
• Collaborate with ETL, BI, and data warehouse teams to optimize reporting and analytics.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and data-driven algorithms.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Tableau development, including dashboard design and implementation.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience using Medicaid claims, enrollment, and EDI/X12 (837, 277, 835) data.
• Strong SQL development skills including BTEQ, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• 2+ years of experience with Teradata (version 14+) and SQL Assistant.
• 2+ years of experience in data warehouse projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or Business Technology.
• Experience presenting insights to executive-level audiences.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of Tableau Server administration.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects, SAS, or Tableau/Business Objects version upgrades.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare industry regulations or Agile environments.
