Build and maintain interactive reporting, dashboard creation, and program oversight analysis solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated Tableau dashboards and Cognos reports for quality evaluation and data analysis.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and detailed documentation.
• Design efficient metadata models using Cognos Framework Manager and data modules.
• Manage project schedules and timelines using iterative structures to meet overlapping deadlines.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective deployment, quality monitoring, and solution adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of advanced Tableau experience developing complex visualizations and dashboards.
• 5+ years of strong SAS and SQL experience, including joining multiple tables within large, normalized data warehouses.
• 3+ years of experience working with Cognos to create complicated dashboards and reports.
• 5 years of Tableau administration skills covering scheduling, folder management, user access, and performance optimization.
• 3 years of experience diagnosing and resolving complex data infrastructure problems.
• Expertise in data aggregation and preparation from large, complex healthcare data sources such as MMIS or administrative claims.
• Ability to connect to various data sources and extract data for advanced drill-down reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medicaid claims data, encounter data, or commercial healthcare information.
• 3 years of hands-on ETL tool experience.
