Description

You will own end-to-end data integration delivery, from architecture design to production support and release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data integration standards, architecture, and best practices across the team.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including planning, prioritization, and release management.
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance for all Talend components.
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and provide production support including root cause analysis.
• Mentor Talend developers and act as the technical escalation point for complex issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration (DI) module.
• Strong proficiency in designing and developing ETL processes using Talend Open Studio and Talend ESB.
• Experience with IBM DataStage is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of data architectures and data integration patterns.
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience implementing data quality, validation, governance, and security controls.
