You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions in Noida.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer facilitation.
• Execute candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms with candidates and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing technical candidates.
• Strong ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Deep understanding of market conditions and competitor landscapes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
