You will manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, owning the full hiring cycle from sourcing to offer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines to meet active hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

Required Skills

• 1.5 to 5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
