You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute search plans by reviewing job descriptions and identifying candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Assess applicant experience, knowledge, and competencies to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Own the recruitment cycle, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication via email, voice, and video.
• Negotiate wage rates, employment terms, and secure candidate commitment for current and future roles.
• Build candidate relationships and credibility to drive referrals and maintain engagement throughout the process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills for wage and term discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Effective relationship management and candidate engagement abilities.
• High learning agility.
