You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet placement targets and optimize hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and place job advertisements across newspapers, websites, and magazines.
• Execute headhunting strategies to identify and approach passive candidates using social media and databases.
• Conduct candidate screening, reference checks, and suitability assessments before client submission.
• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, briefing candidates, and communicating results.
• Negotiate pay, salary rates, and final arrangements between clients and candidates.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability in headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
• Experience using social media for employer branding and candidate relationship management.
• Skill in negotiating salary rates and employment terms.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and database matching.
• Experience briefing candidates on job responsibilities and career progression.
• Any Graduate degree.
