Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for wealth management and retirement planning positions, owning the process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic recruiting plans for specialized financial roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications for wealth management and retirement roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on wealth management, retirement planning, or financial services.
• Proven track record recruiting high volumes of Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Advisors, Retirement Plan Consultants, and Investment Consultants.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and retirement planning concepts, products, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
