Description

You will design and build automated digital solutions using TAP, translating business requirements into functional workflows. You will own the end-to-end development of these solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with TeamConnect, Salesforce, and CLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TAP workflows with integrations to TeamConnect, Salesforce, and CLMs.
• Build automated solutions according to client specifications and provide best-practice guidance.
• Lead client workshops to identify process challenges, prototype solutions, and implement workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Optimize business processes to enhance transparency, efficiency, and self-service capabilities.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a No-Code Developer.
• Proficiency with TAP, Checkbox, and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating workflows with TeamConnect and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and process improvement.
• Ability to design for user experience.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently to deliver client-specific solutions.
