Description

Lead a development squad in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions and system architectures for large-scale, revenue-generating systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, supervision, and code reviews.
• Design strategic requirements and long-term solutions for complex systems.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, workflow procedures, and debugging.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, code deployment, and technical documentation.
• Identify system improvements and participate in estimation, use case specifications, and project planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on leading teams.
• Strong Java development expertise.
• Experience working within Cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments using tools like JIRA.
• Proficiency with GitHub and SonarQube.
• Ability to manage technical capabilities and automate products.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance tools.
