Description

Lead a development squad in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions and systems architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of short and long-term technical solutions for large-scale systems.
• Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, workflow procedures, and technical instruction.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to team members while ensuring project objectives are met.
• Participate in estimation processes, use case specifications, and project planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading teams of developers.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience working within a Cloud environment, specifically AWS or Google Cloud (GCP).
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA.
• Ability to perform unit testing, code deployment, and technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub, SonarQube, CI/CD, and Performance Tools.
