Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional technical teams through complex delivery cycles.
• Shape and implement organization-wide technology strategies.
• Oversee DevOps, backend, and database engineering standards.
• Drive technical direction across infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in DevOps, Backend, or Database engineering.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Deep knowledge of AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for automation.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure management.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
