Own the enterprise CMDB roadmap and IT Asset Management lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance across ServiceNow platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CMDB roadmap, establishing governance frameworks, policies, and CI standards for incident, problem, change, and asset management.
• Lead the end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, refresh, and retirement controls for all device types.
• Drive ServiceNow platform initiatives including CMDB, HAM Pro, Discovery, and Service Mapping, ensuring adoption of Out-of-the-Box capabilities and best practices.
• Resolve Discovery errors across compute, network, and cloud resources while institutionalizing data governance across hybrid integration architectures.
• Produce CMDB health reports, asset compliance dashboards, and lifecycle analytics to support GxP, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB, HAM Pro, Discovery, and ITSM.
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) governance, software asset management (SAM), and hardware lifecycle controls.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and integration validation.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Knowledge of Workday–ServiceNow integration patterns, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Ability to define CI class standards and manage configuration item lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
