Description

You will bridge business goals and technical implementation for globally distributed teams. You own the breakdown of product features into actionable stories and ensure acceptance criteria meet technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and convert them into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across the SDLC.
• Work with QA to define end-to-end test cases and validate complete functional coverage.
• Review and approve user stories based on established technical and business acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Technical or Business Analyst role within Agile/SAFe environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and traceability.
• Experience supporting PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Proven ability to work effectively with globally distributed engineering teams in the US, India, and Spain.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to drive clarity between stakeholders.
• Must be onsite in Carlsbad, CA, with availability for in-person final interviews.
