Description

You will manage configuration, data integrity, and system standards for SaaS and enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop design considerations and assess business impacts for enterprise applications.
• Configure, set up, and update enterprise-wide systems and applications.
• Define governance standards for data input, structures, and storage.
• Build custom reports to support business management and decision-making.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to provide application support.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Proficiency in database management, maintenance, and data modeling.
• Ability to develop custom queries using reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data management best practices and quality control.
• Experience applying security designs and principles to business solutions.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ITIL, Microsoft, or Oracle.
• Experience working with Customer MDM teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
