You will own the technical delivery lifecycle, translating business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions and ensuring smooth production releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through production release, managing backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story acceptance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, performing requirements and impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decisions and data-driven insights.
• Support Release on Demand (ROD), release planning, risk management, and go-live readiness while ensuring smooth delivery with engineering and QA teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates to leadership and shared services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner.
• Strong Salesforce CRM platform experience, including creating custom reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Experience supporting Salesforce production releases and managing release readiness.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, with SAFe or Lean methodology preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe framework implementation and scaling Agile practices.
• Background in risk management and release planning for enterprise systems.
