Description

You will support the PRM application by managing data updates and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual updates to the PRM application and enter IS-driven projects.
• Update ROM sizes for all projects reviewed during ROM sizing exercises.
• Manage PRM updates for projects following slotting exercises.
• Update resource plans with named resources prior to project kick-offs.
• Execute monthly manual uploads of SOW costs for projects.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional experience (or 7+ years without a degree).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Forms, and Power Automate.
• Capability in SharePoint site administration.
• Working knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Familiarity with Adobe software.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and design principles.

• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
