Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of DealCloud administration, implementation, or CRM platform experience.
• Experience within financial services, private equity, investment management, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of deal pipelines, relationship management, reporting, and data governance.
• Experience with platform configuration, workflow automation, dashboard development, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, APIs, integrations, or data migration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and support lead for DealCloud.
• Configure and enhance workflows, dashboards, reports, integrations, and automation.
• Manage user access, data governance, system performance, and issue resolution.
• Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop training materials and support user adoption initiatives
