Description

You will serve as the Lead Data Mapper and Business Analyst for the Regional IFRS17 Programme, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to elicit and analyze data requirements from business users.
• Perform data mapping to translate business requirements into ETL mapping documents and integration specifications.
• Execute functional, system integration, and unit testing in collaboration with solution vendors.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide training to end users.
• Develop expertise in IFRS17 product configuration and insurance-specific subject matter.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of IT experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Minimum 3 years of ETL data mapping experience focused on insurance domains and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of legacy systems, data models, and ETL processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Finance/Insurance.
• ETL data mapping expertise.
