Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and gather detailed requirements for technical solutions.
• Map complex processes and perform in-depth data analysis.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply AI concepts including ML, NLP, and predictive analytics to solve business problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with DynamoDB and Lambda (AWS Services).
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
• Expertise in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying predictive analytics to real-world business problems.
