Description

You will lead the architecture and design of AI/ML solutions, primarily focusing on chatbot development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for AI/ML solutions, specifically intelligent chatbots using Google's AI products.
• Develop chatbots that integrate with approved data sources to provide relevant customer information.
• Design and implement NLP and NLU systems to improve chatbot interactions and accuracy.
• Architect scalable and secure deployment solutions for AI models and chatbots.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the AI/ML development team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in AI/ML architecture, with 5+ years focused on chatbot development.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud AI Platform, Dialogflow, Cloud Natural Language API, and Cloud Translation API.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven track record designing and implementing successful intelligent agent chatbots.
• Experience integrating chatbots with various data sources and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically GCP, and experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations for secure AI implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Vertex AI.
