Description

Lead the architectural design and technical orchestration of complex supply chain and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-level architectural designs, including component, flow, and sequence diagrams.
• Act as the primary orchestrator between business, IT, and HCL teams to bridge technical gaps.
• Lead troubleshooting sessions to identify and permanently resolve systemic issues.
• Guide engineering teams through project phases and implement robust error handling frameworks.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders by translating business terminology into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture.
• Deep knowledge of IBM DOM and Blue Yonder WMS.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle-based legacy Order Management Systems.
• Expertise in supply chain management, retail order flow, warehouse management, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical diagrams (component, flow, and sequence).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and integrated teams.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and IT execution.
