Description

Lead the design and implementation of capability-centric architectures using BPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive capability-centric architecture.
• Document business requirements, capabilities, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Design target-state capability architecture and business service catalogues for BPM platforms.
• Assess business processes to identify bottlenecks and define implementable target states.
• Consult with senior stakeholders to provide decision options including pros, cons, and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pegasystems (Pega), Appian, or Camunda.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
• Experience with TOGAF or Bizbok frameworks.
• Understanding of Corporate Action, Proxy, and Interim processing lifecycles.
• Ability to manage the complete BPM project lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills for process optimization and performance improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with process mining to identify automation opportunities.
