Description

You will transition the Amplify platform from manual pilot operations to a scaled, automated system by building integrations and AI-enhanced tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on automation using low-code and no-code platforms to support pilot operations.
• Implement AI-enhanced tools, such as EV selection agents and online home assessments.
• Create workflows and integrations connecting pilot components like forms, scheduling, and data tracking.
• Identify and prototype opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Translate requirements into specifications for the scaled customer-facing platform as a technical advisor.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development or technical implementation experience.
• Experience building systems that use AI, including agents or similar AI-powered tools.
• Proficiency in software development, APIs, and automation.
• Experience rapidly prototyping and building with modern tools (low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, automation tools).
• Understanding of web technologies and system connectivity.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with startup teams, enterprise IT organizations, and external vendors.
• Comfort working with uncertainty, ambiguity, and rapid iteration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
