Description

You will design and architect solutions to support cross-domain business capabilities for the P&C division, leading the migration of legacy applications to cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of conceptual, solution, and component-level architectures and associated artifacts.
• Develop reference architectures for transition and target states, focusing on migrating legacy mainframe and distributed applications to private and public cloud.
• Create and socialize developer guides, technology standards, and specifications to drive adoption across domains.
• Identify needs for common components for shared business capabilities and develop implementation strategies.
• Mentor engineers and lead developer communities of practice to facilitate technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Java and ReactJS.
• Proven expertise in AWS and cloud architecture (SaaS, PaaS, IaC).
• Deep understanding of REST and Microservices patterns.
• Experience designing patterns for migrating legacy applications to AWS and private cloud.
• Ability to explain complex technology decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the Auto Insurance or P&C domain.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with broad enterprise platforms and cloud patterns.
