Senior Technical Associate

You will provide analytical chemistry support for organic synthesis, polymerization, and process development within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical measurements for molecular weight characterization, residual monomer/solvent determination, and purity quantitation.
• Manage and maintain analytical laboratories, including writing SOPs, performing equipment maintenance, and managing safety documentation.
• Coordinate analytical measurements across multiple group projects to meet R&D and pilot production demands.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and deliver technical analytical reports.

Required Skills

• Minimum of two years of analytical chemistry experience.
• Proficiency with HPLC, UPLC, and LCMS.
• Experience with GC, GCMS, GPC, Karl Fisher titrator, rheometer, and UV-vis spectrophotometer.
• Proven ability to meet project goals on aggressive timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with hazardous chemicals.

Preferred Skills

• Industrial experience in an R&D or pilot plant environment.
• Knowledge of organic chemistry and electronic materials.
