Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models to support project requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and web technologies.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
