You will translate complex business needs into technical specifications for software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather, and document business and functional requirements for software solutions.
• Collaborate with API developers to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create data flow diagrams and process flows to map system logic.
• Develop user story maps, screen designs, and process diagrams using Lucidchart.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• 5+ years experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• 5+ years experience liaising between business partners and development teams.
• 3+ years experience creating data flow diagrams.
• 3+ years experience using Lucidchart for process flows, screen designs, and user story maps.
• 3+ years experience working in state or local government, preferably in the criminal justice system.
• Experience with IT Business Analyst practices.
