Description

You will lead data governance initiatives, manage metadata processes, and ensure compliance with the Texas Data Management Framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement metadata management processes and data modeling discussions.
• Analyze business systems to create detailed process flows and data flow diagrams.
• Manage data assets across various sources and oversee data acquisition strategies.
• Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to communicate findings.
• Present project updates, documentation, and compliance status to leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst.
• 12+ years in enterprise data analytics, integration, and data governance.
• 10+ years of expertise in data warehouse technologies.
• 8+ years analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• 6+ years designing and implementing data acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in data management and metadata management frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Data Governance tools (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Quality).
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking.
