Responsibilities

• Document complex business processes and technical workflows.
• Define and manage detailed use cases for technical implementation.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive project requirements through the lifecycle.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in a technical business analyst role or related field.
• 8 years of hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies.
• 8 years of experience defining and managing use cases.
• 8 years of experience in formal process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
