Description

Act as the technical bridge between business subject matter experts and development teams to modernize the Passenger Service System.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with technical leads to document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform business and technical process modeling and analysis.
• Translate data models into actionable technical user stories.
• Identify and document gaps in requirements proactively.
• Produce detailed technical documentation to ensure alignment across architecture and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools.
• Experience working with sequence diagrams, data models, and technical architecture.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to manage multiple project workstreams and documentation standards simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET and AWS stacks.
• Previous developer experience.
• Knowledge of airline PSS systems, functionality, and industry standards.
