REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Strong experience working in an Agile development environment
Agile Certification – MUST HAVE
Strong Azure DevOps experience
Strong SQL and data-analysis skills
Experience with Power BI and Excel
Experience with process-mapping and analytical/visualization tools
Strong research, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent project and time-management skills
Experience with project planning tools; MS Project preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, technical discipline, or equivalent experience
