Description

You will act as a technical product owner managing end-to-end project lifecycles, bridging the gap between business requirements and junior development teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, including Agile user stories and proof of concept models.
• Analyze data sets to identify gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Liaise with developers to ensure product builds align with technical specifications.
• Execute Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans.
• Manage the overall project plan and provide post-deployment support for business clients.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within global organizations.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and relational databases.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with trade lifecycles and asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, Options, and Futures.
• Understanding of compliance surveillance platforms such as Actimize, MANTAS, or Sungard.
• Knowledge of market abuse patterns like Wash trades, Spoofing, Insider Trading, and Marking the Open/Close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT Project Management using Waterfall or Scrum frameworks.
• Knowledge of trades, positions, and reference data.
