You will act as the technical bridge between product teams and the technology department, translating business needs into functional specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and develop dashboards for tracking KPIs.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the technology team to communicate project status and goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or asset management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical specs.
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing tools including Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic, Cvent, On24, and Google Analytics.
• Experience using Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMP.
