Description

You will act as the technical bridge between product teams and technology stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends and develop dashboards for tracking key performance indicators.
• Liaise between technology and marketing/distribution teams to facilitate communication and project updates.
• Identify process improvements and implement new procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services or asset management.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel for complex data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong skills in technical documentation and requirement gathering.
• Experience with Data Management, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic, Cvent, On24, or Google Analytics.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMP.
