Responsibilities

• Architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with vendor platforms.

• Drive process improvements by challenging the status quo.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in a technical role with proven delivery success.
• 6+ years of experience managing global cross-functional teams with minimal oversight.
• Experience designing and implementing complex multi-tenant technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams located globally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Finance products or experience within an Investment Bank.
• Hands-on experience with full stack web application development using Java and SQL.
• Experience in Compliance domains.
