Description

You will support full software development and data management lifecycles by documenting business processes, technical architectures, and data architectures through strict change control.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage requirement traceability across business, system, and technical domains using BRDs, TRDs, and DFDs.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, solution design, and the development of user and system test scripts, including negative scenarios.
• Perform data discovery, mapping, and analysis to define transformation rules and validations for SOAP and REST web services.
• Maintain the business document repository and enforce change control to manage technical impacts and dependencies.
• Manage project governance tasks including meeting facilitation, risk and defect tracking in Jira or Excel, and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with SDLC and managing data schemas and source-to-target mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for defect and risk tracking.
• Strong technical documentation skills covering data flows, integrations, and interface control documents.
• Ability to perform data quality and integrity management, including merging disjointed data sources.
• Experience working within formal governance structures and matrixed environments.
• Competency with Oracle, SQL Server, Java, and .NET environments.
