Description

You will act as a techno-functional liaison between business stakeholders and IT to design, document, and validate solutions for complex functional areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed functional, system, and user requirements, including use cases, process flow diagrams, and data mapping.
• Organize sprints, sequence work, and manage release schedules to ensure project scope is controlled.
• Lead cross-team planning and collaboration to manage dependencies and release management concepts.
• Perform data profiling and analysis from source systems to determine project feasibility.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), provide status reporting, knowledge transfer, and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven background managing large enterprise projects with a mix of BA and Project Management responsibilities.
• Experience with AWS, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Technical understanding of APIs and API integration.
• Proficiency with Angular and SQL.
• Experience working with Monorepos.
• Ability to define and measure KPIs and use reporting to drive decisions.
• Strong background in building customer portals and digital processes.
