Owns engineering quality and team growth through hands-on coaching, TDD enforcement, and technical workshops.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach developers on modern engineering practices, test-driven development, and clean code principles.
• Conduct technical sessions and workshops to upskill teams on Java, Python, C#, and Kotlin.
• Perform hands-on coding and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Guide teams in adopting AI tools and improving overall software delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software technology and engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C#, and Kotlin.
• Deep expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and modern engineering practices.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and conducting technical workshops.
• Hands-on coding ability with a focus on quality and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and broader full-stack contexts.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
