Description

You will own design and development expertise for ServiceNow-based consulting initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Migrate data and processes from legacy tools like BMC Remedy to ServiceNow.
• Configure and build integrations with systems including SCCM, SCOM, SAP, and Workday.
• Define business problems and translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
• Execute technical solutions and contribute to internal ServiceNow IP development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• Proven experience with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, ideally as a lead consultant.
• Proficiency in developing custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, or Scripted REST API.
• Expertise configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and managing MID servers.
• Programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale ServiceNow applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
