Description

You will lead technical delivery and architectural decision-making for ServiceNow implementation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture documentation, integration design, and work-effort estimation.
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into functional features through hands-on development.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers while providing technical design guidance following ServiceNow standard processes.
• Act as the final point of contact for technical decision-making within a project.
• Assist in scoping new opportunities and designing efficient delivery tools and techniques.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Experience with two additional ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and system integrations.
• 3+ years in general consulting, service management, or software development.
• 3+ years of platform configuration experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ideally at the Foundation level.

Preferred Skills

• Post-graduate degree in software-related topics.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
